His career trajectory includes notable roles at the Government of India (Heavy Water Plant, (M), Dept. of Atomic Energy and Qatar Steel Company Ltd., before establishing himself as a freelance Consultant Auditor/Trainer.
Travelled across 25+ countries to conduct Leadership & team building trainings, meeting new people, interacting with them and inspiring to achieve their goals, counselling with people in career development and growth are key strengths.

In 2011, he co-founded "VIBRANT INDUSTRIAL SAFETY TRAINING ACADEMY" & VIBRANT CONSULTANCY, specializing in Safety training, third-party audits, inspections, and ISO certifications.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Santosh Pillai is a dedicated 24/7 social worker, nominated by the Embassy of India, Qatar, as the Indian Community Coordinator at the Qatar National Human Rights Committee (NHRC). His contributions include serving as the immediate past Joint Secretary at the Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF), President of Business Network International (BNI) Phoenix chapter in Qatar, and Vice President (Memberships) of Club ToastEd at the Toastmaster International.
